Full-price pieces

Anything bought at full price can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery — refunded to your original payment method, or exchanged for another scent or size. The bottle needs to be unused, with its seal unbroken and original packaging intact, and we'll need your order number or receipt.

Sale & discounted pieces

Discounted items are exchange-only, not eligible for a refund. You have 14 days to exchange for a different size or scent, provided the bottle is unused and the seal is unbroken.
